Academic Pay Matrix Calculator for Karnataka UGC Teachers
Assistant Professors start at ₹57,700 (Level 10), Associate Professors at ₹1,31,400 (Level 13A) and Professors at ₹1,44,200 (Level 14), with a 3% increment to the next cell each year. Free
Three cells are printed differently in the letter's Annexure-I (Level 12 cell 3: printed ₹84,100; Level 14 cell 9: printed ₹1,82,100; Level 13A cell 16: printed ₹2,04,100). Each breaks the letter's own 3% rule while the next printed cell follows it, so the calculator uses ₹84,700, ₹1,82,700, ₹2,04,700. Check with your finance office if you are in one of these cells.
